Large Frame Bag – Secret Birds

This large frame bag makes the best large project bag or even a handbag. The metal frame in the top gives the bag a cute dimpled shape when closed and holds the bag open when unzipped.

The main fabric is a pretty print of little birds flying with golden keys. The base is a hand-waxed cotton canvas in deep teal. The handles are a coordinating green webbing. The base is reinforced for sturdiness and the handles are double-sewn and riveted – they’re not pulling out! The lining is waterproof canvas in teal with four slip pockets in golden brown. The pocket tops are also reinforced with rivets.

The bag measures approximately  13″ wide x 11″ high x 5″ deep. The listing is for the bag only.

Like all my bags, this one has been entirely handmade by me in my smoke-free, dog-friendly home. It is one of a kind and the bag in the photos is the one you’ll receive. You can learn more about caring for your bag here, but the basics are simple: do not machine wash or dry your bag, and it’s best not to submerge it. Brush off anything you can brush off, and spot clean with a bit of well-diluted soap and water when needed. That’s it!
