All WoolNeedleThread items are made in and ship from Texas. My home and work space are smoke-free and dog-friendly.
Orders
Orders of ready-to-ship items will generally be processed for shipment and ready to ship within 3 business days of ordering. I am often able to have your order ready the same or next business day (but I can’t always promise it). The processing time for custom orders will be agreed by WoolNeedleThread and the buyer before the order is complete. Items in your order will usually be wrapped in tissue and mailed in either a padded mailer or box (depending on the size of the order). Fabric care instructions will be included with orders of bags. Ordering as a gift? Please let me know. I can’t provide gift wrapping services at this time, but your order will be neatly packaged, with a short note if you like, and pricing information can be removed.
WoolNeedleThread reserves the right to cancel an order if:
(a) the order cannot be processed within the stated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disaster or personal emergency;
(b) the buyer is not an email subscriber, but makes a purchase using a special offer code sent only to email subscribers; or
(c) the buyer becomes abusive or harassing in any way.
Canceled orders will be fully refunded.
Shipping
Orders of ready-to-ship items from woolneedlethread.com will ship within 3 business days of ordering. Custom orders will ship within the time frame agreed at the time of purchase.
Orders to addresses in the United States ship via tracked delivery services, usually USPS or UPS. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks but delivery services worldwide have been severely impacted by the pandemic. Delivery times have increased and delays continue. Please be patient with delivery. I am happy to help you track your order but will not be responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Refunds will not be issued and replacements will not be sent for items delayed in delivery. Orders will not be considered lost until deemed so by the postal delivery service used. If an order is deemed lost by the postal delivery service, a refund will be issued. Please note that as WoolNeedleThread items are produced in very small quantities or one-of-a-kind, it will generally not be possible to send a replacement for a lost item.
The buyer must provide an address to which deliveries can be safely made. WoolNeedleThread is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Returns
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please review the full item listing, and ask me any further questions you may have before ordering. If you have a problem with your order please be in touch within 1 week of delivery. Refunds will not be issued beyond this date. Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by inappropriate use of products, such as overloading bags, or for wear and tear caused by regular use. All textile products including fabrics, leather, cork, and vinyl can be stained, torn, punctured, burned, or can simply wear out with use and these are not defects. Your bag will be sent with care instructions that will help you keep your bag looking great for as long as possible. Please review these instructions and keep them for future reference.

You may not use any WoolNeedleThread website content on any other website, claim this content as your own, or use the content to promote goods or services not created or offered by WoolNeedleThread.
Abuse
All communication between WoolNeedleThread and users of woolneedlethread.com must be civil. Emails, any blog comments, or customer reviews that are abusive, libelous, obscene, or harassing will be removed from the website. Senders of such content will be reported to relevant platform authorities or where deemed appropriate by WoolNeedleThread, legal counsel and law enforcement.
